Clinical notes
automated in real time.

Recover up to 3 hours a day in clinical practice. TrustMed records, transcribes and structures the clinical note while you talk with the patient.

TrustMed Assistant is an AI medical scribe made in Colombia. It records the visit with consent, transcribes in Spanish and generates the structured note as a signed Word or PDF. It complies with Habeas Data Law 1581 and works with any electronic health record.

For every hour with patients, there's another hour writing notes.

Nobody studied medicine to write notes.

How it works

Four steps. Zero typing.

TrustMed only handles the administrative part: typing and documenting.

Doctor in consultation with a patient
  1. 01

    You start the transcription

The patient gives consent and the session starts right from the browser.

  2. 02

    You talk with the patient

You run the visit as usual. TrustMed listens in the background.

  3. 03

    The AI writes the note

It transcribes, identifies speakers and structures the clinical note live.

  4. 04

    You download Word or PDF

You review, edit if you want, and download in the format you need.

Product

A clinical platform, not just a transcriber.

Reason for visit Abdominal pain
Present illness

Patient presenting with a 24-hour clinical course of abdominal pain localized to the right iliac fossa, progressively increasing in intensity, associated with nausea and a feverish sensation…

Real time

The note takes shape as you speak.

Don't wait until the end of the visit to type. TrustMed identifies the doctor and the patient, captures the clinical data and structures the medical note live — you just review and approve.

History

Your clinical history, organized on its own.

Every visit is searchable by name, date or diagnosis. Works with telehealth and multiple devices. The patient returns and you open their note in two clicks.

Save 2–3 hours a day
Less mental load
More patients seen
Better quality of care
Security and compliance

Clinical data belongs to the patient. Period.

We never train models on their data. It is never reused. The institution can repatriate and delete it whenever it wants.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Didn’t find your answer? Let’s talk.

Do you train models with my patients’ data?

No. The audio and the clinical note belong to the patient and the institution. They are never used to train our own or third-party models — it is a contractual clause.

What if the patient does not want the visit transcribed?

The physician continues the visit without TrustMed. Consent is a prerequisite; without it, the session never starts and nothing is stored.

In which formats can I download the note?

Editable Word (DOCX) and a signed PDF for the clinical record. Everything from the same visit view.

Who is responsible for the clinical data?

The institution is the data controller. TrustMed acts as data processor, under a personal-data transfer agreement.

Can the AI get the diagnosis wrong?

TrustMed never issues a diagnosis. It structures what the physician said and proposes drafts. The physician reviews, edits, and approves before downloading the note.

How long does implementation take?

Independent physician: 5 minutes — just create your account and follow the steps.

Clinic with several physicians: 1–2 weeks to configure templates by specialty and permissions.

How much does TrustMed Assistant cost in Colombia?

There are 5 plans from USD 59/mo (Starter, 30 visits) up to USD 1,299/mo (Scale, 1,500 visits). The Pro plan at USD 349/mo covers 300 visits/mo and is the most popular for private practices and mid-sized clinics. Free 5-day trial at no cost.

Does it work with any electronic health record (EHR)?

Yes. TrustMed delivers the structured note in Word (DOCX) or signed PDF, which you paste into your current EHR with no technical integration. We never force you to switch clinical software — we are compatible with Saludtools, Carvajal, Medifolios, Doctoralia, and any EHR that accepts text.

Is it legal to transcribe a medical visit in Colombia?

Yes, with the patient’s informed consent. TrustMed requires consent before the session starts and complies with Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) on the processing of personal data and sensitive health data. The institution is the data controller; TrustMed acts as data processor under a data-transfer agreement.

Is the AI really in Spanish, or a translation from English?

Natively in Spanish. Speech recognition and note structuring are trained on Colombian Spanish. There is no intermediate translation step. It supports medical terms, local abbreviations, and ICD-10. Unlike Suki, Abridge, DAX Copilot, or Heidi Health, TrustMed is not an English product with a Spanish bolt-on.
